Being vertically integrated with our in house tooling capabilities TIMS can react to emergency situations, engineering changes and scheduled maintenance at a fraction of the time and cost rather than sending to an outside source over the border or a distance in Mexico. Equipped with a full tool room consisting of CNC, Lathes, EDM (add more) 40 tonne crane and a strong and knowledgeable support staff TIMS will be there to support 24 hours a day.

3 air cranes with capacity up to 30 tons (one is also used for mold handling)

Daily preventive maintenance at machine level, cleaning and visual inspection for inserts, movable parts and venting. Monthly preventive maintenance for removing and changing all damaged movable parts, or findings on daily maintenance.

Ability to rebuild inserts and change parts, on mold and Hot Runners Systems.
